80th Birthday Party
We enjoyed a mini-reunion to celebrate our collective 80th birthday on October 3 and 4.
About 50 of us met at the Ayers Hotel in Seal Beach on Tuesday evening for an informal social time, enjoying free hors d'oeuvres provided from Dominico's Restaurant in Belmont Shore through the generous anonymous gift of one of our classmates.
On Wednesday morning, 12 of us had a friendly competition at the Recreation Park Golf Course.
The main celebration dinner was held on Wednesday evening at the El Dorado Golf Course with 98 classmates and guests.
